All you need is download the game from our web site www.awem.com install it on your computer and register using the steps you’ve received via confirmation 4. I have my unlock key, how do I unlock the full version of the game? If you have not already done so, download and install the free trial version of the game on your computer. When you bought the game, you should have received a confirmation email that contains an unlock key. Press ‘Register’ button and see ‘Registered by: your name’ in the game. 5. I lost my unlock key. Is there some way I can get it again? 6. My unlock key gets rejected. Why? Make sure you have downloaded the game from www.awem.com. Our unlock keys will not work for games downloaded at any other website. Configure your firewall. Sometimes firewalls and other security software interferes with the unlock process. The easiest way to ensure your code correct is to copy and paste the code into the unlock field. In case you still have problems registering the game, write to Awem Support Service for alternative way of registration. 7. While playing the game my computer freezes. Make sure your computer meets the game's system requirements. Be sure you've closed all other programs and applications including antivirus software. 8. The game shows black screen. It is possible that you do not have the latest version of DirectX installed on your computer. You can download the latest version of DirectX at www.microsoft.com/directx. Please send us ‘log.html’ file that could be found in the folder of the installed game.
