A: It can take us no more than 48 hours to get back to you.

Q: I just purchased a shareware game from you, and I don’t know how long will I have it for. What if my computer would crash?
A: You can have the game forever from the moment you bought it. In case you have any problems with you computer and lose your registration information you need to contact our support service and will send your info back to you FOR FREE.
Q: I want to know can you inform me about the any updated version of my shareware game and also as a registered user, am I entitled to the update for free?
A: Your e-mail address gets into our newsletter database right after you purchase the game. So you will get our every newsletter automatically. As you've already bought the game you don't need to pay for the update version of it. In order to get your shareware games updated just download it from our site FOR FREE.
Q: I have been waiting to receive my order for shareware game I bought from you. Is there a problem with the order? I have not received it yet. Am I receiving a disk in the mail or am I suppose to download the complete version of my shareware game through the web?
A: Unfortunately we don't release our shareware games on CD. You are supposed to download the complete version of your shareware game through the web using the registration information which is sent to you by RegNow.
It usually takes RegNow 12 hours to send your registration information to you. In case you don’t get it within
this term you need to contact our support service and we’ll provide you with all the necessary information.
Q: Can I use my shareware game on more than one computer - home and work?
A: Unfortunately you have your license only for one computer. But you may purchase one more registered version of the game and enjoy it at your work!
