A: The arcade game Star Defender is really very pupular among our gamers. Right now our Studio is developing more new levels for this game and the update of it will be available on our site within the next few month.
Q: I try to do your advice for registrer the Star Defender game. I follow step by step what you say but it doesn't work. I download the free version of star defender and install it. With my right button,i get the key code with begin key and end key. In program file I click on register but it goes like unregitered...What can I do?
A: Your mistake is that you copy registration key with the words "---begin key---", and "---end key---"... While you sould copy only the key itself.
Q: I see a "password" that you can click on. When I click on it, it asks for a password.
Where do I get the password?
A: Password is the possibility to load any level. New password are given to you after you complete 5 levels, for example TORNADO-2. To start the game from the very begining you should press the button "new game".
Q: I was looking for Space Invaders Game and I found Star Defender. But Downloaded the game, it was missing DDRAW.DLL: DirectDrawCreateEx. Can you help?
Q: I recently had to reformat my computer and I can not get the Star Defender arcade game to work right...not all of the graphics are completely visible (i.e. obscured or distorted). A: 99% of the time the cause is sound or video card drivers. New computers rarely come with latest drivers the user needs to visit the website of manufacturer( or Windows Update ) and get latest video and sound card drivers updated.

Q: When I reach level 30 I stopped the Game. When I resumed the game useing the password the game started at level 30 but I lost all my score and all power up except 1 and all rockets except 100. In other words it was as if I started a new game. Does this game not have a "Pause" function?
A: If you want to stop the game for a while, you may just press "Esc" on your keyboard. To return back to the game click "No" to the appearing question "abort this game?". In case you want to continue the game after a long break you may only enter the password of the last level you finished.
Q: I don't understand what do you mean by unzip and run "stardefreg.key" from attach.
A: Zip files is a kind of files, which helps you to reduce the space occupied by the information containing in file on PC so that to make it more economical. In order to unzip file you need to have a special programme, which you may download for free from www.WinZip.com.
Q: I was wondering why I can't go further then the level 60? I like this arcade Galaga game and want to have more levels of it!
A: It looks like you've installed the old version of the game on your pc. You may download the new version of it if go to Star defender page and enter your registration info there.
