Choose the appropriate language to play. There are English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, and Italian to choose between.
Adjust the graphics (law or high), screen mode (full screen or window) and sounds options (music and volume effects).
Choose between male and female character.
Name your first restaurant. There are six ones to play in the whole.
When a customer arrives you can see what he wants to order above his head.
To find out what the ordered sushi’s ingredients are, click the recipe book below the screen. Remember that while you are looking at the recipes the customer is still waiting. So don’t take too long!
To make a sushi click on the needed ingredients.
When you put the wrong ingredient on the roller, click on the button to put it back. Every click removes one ingredient.
When you are running low on toppings, rice or sake, you can order it by phone. There are normal free and express (+50 ¥) delivery.
Pay attention to the customer’s moods! Don’t take too long to serve them or they will get upset and leave. Serving sake or performing a knife trick will help, but just for a bit.
When the customer leaves he will pay for the meal he ordered. You need to take all of the empty plated to clean the table for the next customer. Click the plate to remove it.
Some customers can order meal “to go”. It helps to get quick extra money.
You can also accept reservations. Drag the reservation sign to seats. That’ll bring you extra money.
Every day you will be given a set of goals. If you reach them, you continue to the next day.
This is the cash you make during the day and that can be used to order more ingredients.
Earn combos by making orders without referring to the recipe book and for removing plates in a chain.
Upgrade your restaurant after playing a level. That’ll increase your restaurant’s reputation (displayed as a bar on the top left corner).
