The release day of Letters from Nowhere is quickly approaching. And we are very excited to give you a sneak peek at the game. Who knows what can stand behind an ordinary letter from nowhere?
In Letters from Nowhere you take the role of Audrey whose husband Patrick has disappeared under mysterious circumstances. The police couldn’t help Audrey. The woman decides to enquire of her own and discover what has really happened to her husband.
Audrey receives enigmatic letters that lead her through the investigation. These letters are sent by a mysterious personality and help Audrey to discover important clues where to move further.
Letters from Nowhere is primary a hidden object game. Thus, the main task remains to explore the locations searching for the hidden items. The player gets a list with tricky descriptions of what he is to find.
The hint system brings a touch of novelty to the game play. Finding the items, the player earns the points that he can spend on purchasing various bonuses. They are “thermometer” that becomes frozen in the area where there is nothing to be found and burns near a hidden item; “surprise box” with amazing tricks; “camera” making photos of the searching object on the location; and “palette” that shows the images of the items to find.
There are three hidden stamps in each location. Every found stamp brings a pretty amount of points. Besides, 50 collected stamps unchain the Unlimited Mode. There the player can improve his score. And at the same time this increases the replayability of the game.
All in all there are 11 episodes in the game with several locations in each one. In order to uncover the mystery the player has to find 11 artifacts. They become available after solving challenging puzzles.
The mini-games are the puzzles which play an important role in the game. They are to help Audrey in solving the mystery.
Letters from Nowhere awards you with trophies. They are the stamps that you are given for performing various tasks. The game offers 36 different trophies to collect.
