Jane’s Reality 2 is a sequel to popular simulation game. Make a fortune in building business. You are offered waste lands that need to be built over. Construct, sell and rent your buildings. And don’t forget maintain your creatures. And become a real builder mogul in Jane’s Reality 2 game!
To construct buildings you need resources and money. Click “Services” button and to get recourses. The amount of available resources is shown in the left bottom corner of the screen.
In Jane’s Realty 2 you are to construct several types of buildings. Click the button “Houses” to see all the available types of houses to build. Choose the required one (don’t forget check if you have enough of money and resources to create it!) and move the cursor to the chosen area.
When the house is built make it comfortable. Furnish the rooms with beds, tables, chairs, tallboys and more. More pieces of furniture you put in, the higher rent will be.
When the house is ready to be used, a family moves in. And you start get rent from your lessees. You get money each time the bar “Rent” is filled. And your whole cash is shown in the right bottom corner of the screen.
Besides building houses you are also to construct parking, garage, factory and more that will bring you money and be useful for your business.
From time to time you are asked to repair some houses and administrative buildings. Make sure you have everything you need to comply with requests.
When you progress through the game you unlock various types of buildings and possibility to decorate your city. Create gardens, fountains and more to make your residential quarter agreeable place to live. |
