Dealing with the Public
Place your order – Customers place their orders at your counter, and their order is shown in their speech bubbles.
Service – Customers are tip based on how happy they are when they get all their food. The number of chrome stars they have left determines their tip amount. 5 star service is the highest service level you can achieve.
Patience – You can tell how happy a customer is by the length of their patience bar. When the bar hits zero, the customer will lose a service star. When all service stars are gone the customer will leave in anger.
Helping Hands
BurgerTron produces food items that you can use to fill customer orders. Click on any item on the conveyor belt to pick it up and combine it with other items or machines to make customer orders.
Work Station is a handy place to park an item that you have made and can’t use right away.
BurgerBot is BurgerTron’s little buddy and can be your helper. As make tips, BurgerBot charges up. Once he is fully charged, you can drag him to any customer to fill that order. If you have BurgerBot technology, you may either right-click on him or click on his blue button to have him deliver one item to every customer on screen.
Lollipops make customers happy and increase their patience. Click on the treat tray and then click on a customer to give them a treat. You can right-click to return the treat tray to its stand.
Power-ups
Power-ups add super powers to your already super operation. To activate a power-up, just deliver a food item that has a power-up to a customer.
- Speed Power-up – Deliver an item with the Speed Power-up and all you machines will operate super-fast – for a limited time only!
- Happy Power-up – Send the love. Deliver an item with the Happy Power-up and that customer will become 100% happy.
- Freeze Power-up – Deliver an item with the Freeze Power-up and all customer’s patience meters will freeze for a period of time.
- Money Power-up – The Money Power-up will give you additional dough – to the tune of 20 bucks!
- Lollipop Power-up – Can you ever have too many Lollipops? Deliver this power-up to gain 2 extra lollipops (for a maximum of 12).
- Cone Power-up – Want less customers at the counter? Deliver this power-up to close off one customer slot for a period of time.

TIPS & TRICKS
- Right-click for speed – You can use the right mouse button to deliver items quickly. Right-click on a completed item to send it to the person who has waited the longest for that particular item. You can also right-click the treat tray back to the treat tray stand. In addition, you can even right-click items to oven, pots and toaster! (except for the potato)
- Swapping Items – Save time and clicking by swapping a finished item on a machine with an unfinished item. For example, you can swap a frozen waffle with an already toasted waffle.
- Stop the boat from rockin’ – If moving backgrounds make you nauseous, you can turn them off by pressing the ‘S’ key.
- Keep ‘em Happy – Each item that you deliver to a customer makes that customer a little happier and slightly increases his patience. When you have a large group of customers, it is sometimes best to give each one an item from their order instead of trying to complete a single customer’s oreder.
- Mix your veggies – If someone has ordered mixed carrots and pears, you can combine these items prior to putting them in the pot. This frees up a pot for cooking something else.
- Restaurant Upgrades – If you have chosen menu items to upgrade that you do not like or find difficult, you can always go back to an early level on the map screen and re-choose items. Warning: Once you have rep-picked an item, your level progress is set back to that point.
- One item orders – Sometimes a customer will only order a single item. Since you will not have the ability to serve them multiple items to make them happier, you should serve them quickly before they lose a service star.
- Going Green – If you have made an incorrect item or have started making an item and can’t find the ingredients to finish it, don’t get flustered. Recycle! There is no penalty for recycling ingredients or items.
- Utilize New Technology – If you have the BurgerBot upgrade, you can use BurgerBot to complete one single item from each customer’s order at the counter. If you have customers who are only ordering one or two items, this can be quite usefull.
- Restart Level – If you feel like you have messed up a level, you can choose restart by clicking on the Menu button and then clicking on Restart Level.
- Pizza Making Flexibility – You can add pizza toppings (mushrooms, pepperoni, green peppers) to your cheese pizza before or after cooking the cheese pizza in the oven.
- Toaster Tips – The toaster is an awesome invention, and the Burgertron toaster is probably the most awesome advancement in toasting technology. If there are two open slots in the toaster, you can pick up two untoasted items from the conveyor belt and put them both in the toaster simultaneously. Alternatively, if there are two toasted items in the toaster that can stack, you can also swap two untoasted items with two toasted items in the toaster.
- T-Shirts – The Shirtless Guy doesn’t like wearing shirts. But, other customers will become very impatient unless he puts a shirt on. So, it is important to give the Shirtless Guy a shirt as soon as you can. He loves to wear Burger Shop 2 shirts.
