My license key gets rejected. Why?
Make sure you have downloaded the game from www.awem.com. Our license key will not work for games downloaded at any other website.

We recommend to copy and paste the license key into the unlock field as it’s easy to mistype it.

Please make sure there are no spaces before or after the license key.
Can I have a CD of my purchased game?
At present we do not offer back-up CDs.
How to purchase a game?
  • Click the "Add to Cart" button on the game page and then click the "Checkout" button go to the Order Form where you will be asked to enter your contact details and select the applicable billing option.
NOTE: PC and Mac versions of one and the same game are considered as two different products. Before you proceed to checkout, please make sure you’ve chosen the version compatible with your OS.

You can switch between Mac and PC versions of the game with the help of "Also available for Mac" and "Also available for PC" buttons on the game page or drag the toggle switch to Mac or PC on the Download Games page. Not all the games are available for Mac OS.
  • If you downloaded the demo version of the game and want to purchase it, you can press "Buy Now" button in the demo version. You will be directed to the Cart. Please, press the "Checkout" button, enter your e-mail, so that we can send you the license key(s). Select the applicable billing option to place your order. Using Play Span payment system gives you a larger choice of local payment methods.
Once you have completed your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email which contains either your license key or the link to download the full version of the game. We suggest saving the confirmation email for future reference.
My game is slow/jerky/freezes/crashes.
Make sure your computer meets the game's system requirements. Be sure you've closed all other programs and applications including antivirus software.

This problem can be caused by incompatibilities between your computer's graphics configuration and a particular game or you do not have the latest version of DirectX installed on your computer.

Downloading the latest version of DirectX and installing the latest Video Card Drivers can help resolve the problem.

To update your video card drivers, visit your PC or video card manufacturer’s website and download the latest driver for your video card.

*If it doesn’t help, please contact Awem Support Service. Make sure to specify the nature of the problem and provide as much relevant information as possible.
Vista Compatibility Problems.
Windows Vista has a backward compatibility problem with many older software applications, including some games. Running a game in Compatibility Mode can sometimes resolve some technical problems. This can only be done through the main Admin account.
  1. Right-click the desktop shortcut icon for your game.
  2. Select Properties in the right-click menu.
  3. Click on the Compatibility tab.
  4. Check the box beside the text: "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
  5. Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
  6. Check the box beside "Run this program as an Administrator."
  7. Click Apply, then OK.
I get a message that my game contains a virus. Why?
Virus messages occur when a security or antivirus program falsely identifies secure games or applications as harmful. We assure you that your computer will not receive any type of virus from www.awem.com. Our products are guaranteed virus free and are tested before they’re released to the public.

The false message appears because antivirus programs sometimes mistakenly identify safe software as containing a Trojan or some other virus. These programs update their virus definition files on a daily basis and can sometimes be too strict. It happens that they identify unknown files as viruses. That’s why legitimate files can occasionally be flagged as unsafe.

In case you get a message that your game contains a virus, please contact Awem Support Service. Let us know what antivirus software you have installed and what game is flagged as harmful. We will check all the files and contact the antivirus company you use to resolve this problem.
Can I get a refund for the purchased game?
If, despite best attempts to resolve a problem through troubleshooting and investigation, we are unable to resolve an issue, we will replace the game with another or refund the game within 14 days of purchase. This applies to purchases made on www.awem.com only.

If you've mistakenly purchased a PC version instead of Mac version of the game (or vice-versa) and would like to change it, we will offer a full refund for the mistakenly purchased version of game after you’ve purchased the version (PC or Mac) you need.

We also offer refunds on duplicate game orders.

NOTE: Special orders (purchases with coupons applied), Game Packs and Pre-orders are final sales and cannot be refunded. In case you’ve experienced a technical problem with a Special order, Game Pack or Pre-order and have contacted our support team about it, giving detailed information about the problem and we couldn’t make the game work, we will change it for another product of the same price.

We offer free trials for our games to ensure compatibility with your system as well as general satisfaction with your selection.

We DO NOT normally give refunds in case:
  1. You simply change your mind
  2. You make a wrong decision
  3. You do not provide us with detailed information about the problem you experience with the game, which prevents us from investigating the problem and fixing it.

I purchased the game but my link for the full version doesnt work.
The link is active within 48 hours and allows a limited number of downloads. If you didnt download the game in time or exceeded the number of allowed attempts please, e-mail our Support Service. Make sure to include your purchase details, your ref #, registration name and e-mail. We will re-activate the link for you. You will receive an email with your link and download instructions.
How to install the game?
  • Make sure the download is complete. Otherwise you won’t be able to run the downloaded file.
  • Double click the downloaded Setup.exe. "Installing The Game" window will pop up. Press "Next" button.

I lost my game. Is there some way I can get it again?
E-mail Awem Support Service and we will be glad to help you retrieve your game. Please, include the details of your purchase that is your order number or reference number, registration name, e-mail address you specified when placing the order.

How to register the game?
  • After completing the installation, you will see a window pop up that has three buttons: Play Trial, Buy Now, and Register. Click "Register" button.

  • Copy the key which you received in your confirmation e-mail and paste it into the registration field that appears. Click "Register" button.

How to un-install the game?
  • Press START button > Programs > The Name of the Game > Uninstall
  • Confirm by pressing 'Yes' button.
I purchased the game but I didnt receive a confirmation email.
Many email clients and mail services have different sensitivity for determining what is Junk/Spam and what is a real email. Please make sure your email is not BLOCKING or FILTERING out some of our emails. If your email has a JUNK folder or SPAM folder, please check in there for some of our missing email.

To ensure that all awem.com emails and Newsletters will go directly to your inbox, please add @awem.com to your email address safelist.
Windows 7 Compatibility Problems.
Not all games are supported under Windows 7. Please check the system requirements for the game you're trying to run to make sure it can run on Windows 7. Games released before the Windows 7 launch may not work at all in the new operating system.

What is Awem Trophy Room?

When you play Awem Games*, you win trophies for completing objectives. It will be challenging to get all of them in each game! Trophies help perfect your playing skills and get the most out of your games. You can win trophies, manage your collection and earn bonus games. This is the "Fun for Fun" project and all you have to do click the "Publish" (from within the game) to post your trophies in your online Awem profile.

When you post trophies to your Awem Profile (located in the My Trophies tab), you get FunCoins. Use those FunCoins to buy games. Each qualified Awem Game contains 100 FunCoins enough to get another game free.

*Beginning with Romance Of Rome, each Awem Game includes unique trophies that you can post to your online Awem Profile. Awem Games containing trophies have the golden cup symbol.

Three Ways to Earn FunCoins
1. Posting Trophies

You get FunCoins when you post your trophies to your online Awem Profile. Just click "Publish Trophies" (from within the game) to post the trophies.

Each Awem Game* has 100 FunCoins enough to get a free game.

*Please note that older Awem Games and games of Awem Partners may not have Awem Trophies. Awem Games with trophies have the golden cup symbol.

2. Purchasing Games and Packs

You get FunCoins for each purchased game or pack.

When you register at Awem, sign up for the Awem newsletter to receive 5 FunCoins. If you're already registered, go to My Account and look under Awem Studio Newsletter to see if you're subscribed.

When you have enough FunCoins, choose any game in the My Offers tab and click "Get for 100 FunCoins" or "Get for 200 FunCoins" depending whether its a Standard or Collectors Edition game.

You can also get any game by clicking "Get for FunCoins" on the page.

How can I submit Trophies to Awem?

1. First, you should download or buy an Awem game from www.awem.com. Please note that if you download or buy an Awem game from other web sites, you wont be able to post your trophies to your Awem Profile.

*Older Awem games may not have trophies. Awem Games with trophies have the golden cup symbol.

2. Progressing through the game, youll earn various trophies. You can see them anytime in your in-game Trophy Room by clicking on the Trophies button in the game menu. The button is in the left upper corner of the screen.

3. There is a "Publish" button in the in-game Trophy Room. In order to submit trophies click on the "Publish" button and enter your Awem login and password in the respective fields. If you are not registered yet, click on the "Register" button and create your Awem account. Its free.

4. Your trophies will be submitted automatically to your Awem Profile (My Trophies tab).

Why dont I have all Trophies?

To win the game you do not have to earn each trophy. Having completed the game, you may miss some of them. But if you take your time and win all the trophies you can enjoy extra fun. When you post trophies to your Awem Profile, you get FunCoins. Use those FunCoins to buy games. Each qualified Awem Game contains 100 FunCoins enough to get another game free!!!

Earning a rank and getting promoted

Ranks give you another way to challenge yourself as you work your way from Newbie to Guru. The ratio of your posted trophies to all available trophies determines your rank.

Our site has seven ranks. You start with the rank of Newbie and work your way up to Recruit, Resident and finally Guru.

Posting Comments

You can discuss any game we have on the site.

Choose the game youd like to comment on and press the Reply button on the bottom of the page.

After submitting a post you can delete or modify it pressing the Modify or Delete button in the left corner under your post. You can do it only if your post is the latest on the list. You wont be able to do it if other users submit posts after you or post a reply to your post.

You also can click on the Post a reply Post a reply link to quote the post and reply on it. The quotation will appear in your post.

Rating Games

In order to rate a game press the "Rate It!" link on the game page and fill out all the fields in the form. First, chose what version of the game you have: Full or Demo. Note, you wont be able to submit your rating if any field is empty. Put your rating by clicking on the stars and press the "Submit" button.

If other people find your comment useful, they can vote for your post on the game forums. Please note that voting doesnt influence on your FunCoins in any way.

Moderators may take any action they deem necessary to support the usage of Community Rules. Such actions may include editing or deleting material and/or banning individual users.

Save 10% on your 1st purchase after joining Awem!

After joining Awem*, you will be entitled to a 10% discount on the next purchase you make on Awem.com. This deduction will be calculated when you add games to the shopping cart. You must be signed in to your account to receive the discount.

Save 15% on your 2nd purchase!

If you make a 2nd purchase within a year of joining Awem*, you will be entitled to a 15% discount on the purchase. You must be signed in to your account to receive the discount.

Save 20% on all purchases after the first 2!

If you make a third purchase within a year of joining Awem*, you will be entitled to a 20% discount on that purchase and any other purchases for the remainder of the year.
