Ditto!! I so agree with Iferradino...I'll be checking my email several times a day now in hopes the beta for this awesome game will be in there waiting for me! Ohhh yeahhh.....come on Awem, don't keep us hanging to long, okay? Tomorrow will be fine with me! Hahaha...

The original game was just excellent! I believe AWEM guys and girls can make the second part even better.

Great, I saw it, but it is the 4th of July weekend here and most of us go on vacation, seems to be an ongoing thing with Awem!

I will have to rush thru it...

WooHoo! Doing the happy dance!! Just finished downloading it and will be playing it shortly. Thanks ever so much Awem! I'm really looking to testing this game out and of course checking the replay value (another words, playing it over and over again!) LOL

Of course I will love this game...but there are some things that do need to be addressed...spelling and grammar issues.  I was happy to see that there is a 'fork in the road' early in the game, and the direction you take will determine a different outcome than if you picked different direction.  More game play!  I love the magic potions, and I love seeing many familiar items back in the game.  There are many new characters with very strange names, and the story seems very confusing at first, but I was really getting into it when I reached the end of the demo.  I will play the demo a few times before I submit my survey.  I'm anxious to get all  of my weapons built up so that I don't have to worry about snakes and oinkers!  And since we are going back in time, obviously there will be a third epsiode yet to come.  We still haven't saved the Castaways!  At least not as far as I got in the beta version. 

I really want to betatest this game... loved the first one! But I signed up for an account and there is nothing in my profile settings that allows me to volunteer for betas. What do I do?

I had typed more but it didn't show up!  LOL  it was no biggie, just me joking around...something about me making sure I had enough supplies so I wouldn't have to leave. lol
 
 
kerry.wolf, I think when you sign up for the newsletter, you also sign up to beta test, I'm sorry it's been awhile so I really don't remember. I thought you went to, 'My Profile' and could sign up for it there...again not sure. Hopefully someone will come in and tell you the correct way to do it.

This is really great news!

I can't wait, either ... promises to be a good prequel.

Pros: missed it.

Cons:
a. The story though seemed/seems half-baked.

b. the special things that one finds like Wacini (think that is the name, the craftsman's hammer) should have an idea as to how to use it. The help feature does not seem to include that. I am sure its do with crafting but how and where no idea.

c. Also other things one can/should find no idea what's the purpose of that.

d. There is a choice to be made, at least in the game I wanted to go the crafting way but ended up being the disciple of the shaman, how and where the cue for the choice is/was is not obvious.

e. The thing that its a prequel was not obvious till it was pointed out in this survey.

f. The benefits of non-linear story are also not apparent but perhaps that would be known only in full-game. I do understand the reasoning behind it  though, that it would make the replay value much more.

  Yippee! I just finished the Beta of this game and now I'm  cause I was so into it I hated for it to end. Other than the spelling this game is top notch material. I also love the replayability factor. Depending on how and what you choose the game goes a different route. This means you won't get bored playing again. I do believe it should be made known that this game is a prequel to the first one which is something I was not aware of until I did the survey. Hopefully the sequel to the first game is in the works now so we don't have to wait too long. I give this game 5 thumbs up and 10 stars.

Cindihugs, the game can last as long as you want it to!  All you have to do is NOT return to the Shaman after you have received the magic potion recipe.  The game ended there...for me, anyway.  I will play it again and try to pick the different option, just to see how much difference it makes.
