My games are not saving. In other words everytime I start a new game it starts back at level 1. I have achieved level 3 but it continues to place me back to 1 when I start the game. Please advise. Thanks

This 'log.html' file you can find in the folder of your game. Usually here: C:\Program Files\Star Defender 4\

I have Star Defender 3 & 4, however, when I start the 3 there is a tutorial that says the left mouse button is for firing, while the the right is for the secondary weapon. Oddly enough, in both games, the ship starts to fire on itself like it had some kind of 'autofire' function enabled. It only happens with the Primary Weapon. No other game or program on my system shows this behavior of 'stuck key' at the time this is happening, while this phenomenon happens with both Star Defender 3 & 4, even when both are on separate Hard Disks. I also have Star Defender 2, and this does not happens with it. Can you tell me how to solve this?

Please, will somebody tell me what 'bullets hit' means? Please? I've got the star for it on missions 1, 2 and 3, but only on the most difficult setting and only by accident. I've been playing mission 4 for weeks but can't quite get the star - or once I did get the star, but didn't kill enough enemies in time to get the other two....

SD4 sound only works with internal loudspeaker, not with external (Harman Kardon Soundsticks I / USB) on PowerMac G4 (OS X 10.5.7). Any Idea?

Bullets hit star is received for shooting accuracy in percents.
Meaning: how many bullets did hit or missed its target.

Support, how to access last 9-Th level if any?

I would love to buy this game, but the demo does not work on my Mac. I double click the icon, the icon appears temporarily on the dock, then it disappears again, and that's it. I have a Macbook Pro, 1.83Ghz, 2GB Ram, 10.4.11 OS X.

Please, try to launch the game from the folder where the game is installed. Usually here:

/Users/{User name}/Library/Application Support/Awem/Star Defender 4/

In order to open the registration filelde press:

START > Programs > The name of the game > Register

Then copy the registration key and paste it
into the registration field that has appeared.

This exact same thing happened to me, but now, after redownloading the game, when I go to register, instead of opening a window to put the register key, it goes to the website to buy the game again.

I previously purchased this game and due to computer failure had to redownload. I need to find out how to register the new download?

I have to say with complete honesty, that I have not had any problems with AWEM Studios in any way, since purchasing my first game. Since then I have downloaded 3 other games, while also discovering a disturbing truth. The amount of money AWEM charges for its games programs is far less than other sites, where I mistakenly paid more for the same exact thing. In addition, one should always print a copy of the receipt given once purchasing a game. A few words of wisdom for all who partake.

What I got was a game that locks up and cuts many scenes shor. When collecting the 1000 point bonus, the game only adds 500 points! Yep, It is the full version!
