I encountered the same issues on GT2 - The Lost Legacy, but since I got the game with Funcoins, I didn't bother contacting iwin.  It was annoying.

Wow - I didn't see anything like that.  Are you sure you sent your support request to the right e-mail addy - support@awem.com.
 
Awem usually answers everything within 24 hours.  It doesn't matter if you got the game with fun coins--Awem wants you to enjoy your games.
 
Have you tried re-downloading the game?  Maybe there is a newer version...but I urge you to contact them again.

I had the same issues and reported it to Awem over this past weekend. They said they are working on it so I think that is what they're doing. I'm sure after a month you can get frustrated. I do want to ask if this was the Standard Edition or the Collector's Edition. For me (and I'm pretty sure for mrspockfan, who I know from elsewhere) the problem happened in the Standard Edition. I didn't see the same problem when I looked at the CE.

I could play through in Adventure mode even though the drop outs showed up in both Adventure mode and Unlimited mode, and I suspect you could play through Adventure mode too since those screen shots are from Unlimited mode. It also happened in the Observatory Yard. In Adventure mode I played through, but in Unlimited mode a click on the screen caused an immediate exit with Unknown Error. I've sent all this info to Awem and I'm sure they're working on it.

Textrekkie - They responded to me right away. Also, if you had the CE that could explain why you had no problem and we did, if we all have the SE. Oh, and I tried uninstalling, downloading and reinstalling before I even contacted them.

Yes, I get answers- they are looking into it, working on it, really busy right now, insert pitiful excuse of your choice, so I know they have received my emails.  Another person has the same problem, so I know it is not just me.  It's the standard version, one would think that would have that fixed by now.  They have been ignoring me for a month, just took my money & ran.  I am not so sure they are really working on it.  If the CE version does not have those problems, you'd think they'd replace my game w/ that, especially after leaving me hanging for so much time.  I forget how many screens it happens in, I stopped playing the game when I started having the problems as it is pretty hard to find hidden objects you cannot see LOL!

Yes I do have the CE...so that would explain it.  I see Berezko made a post today.  They are continuing to work on the problem, so you know they haven't forgotten about it or you. 
 
I know they are still working out a problem for me on Letters to Nowhere 2 - but I told them there was no hurry - I just need it fixed to finish getting my trophies.  There are plenty of other games to keep me occupied with that right now - LOL.  Sometimes things are elusive and take more time than others.  And on top of the day to day problem reports, they still try to do new development, get standard editions of new games out, run the forums, etc.  I don't know if I could deal with all the pressure they do...

Game was updated. So you can download the Standard version of the game with all issues fixed. Please uninstall the game first and then intall the re-downloaded build.

Both Standard and Collector's Editions of the game were updated.

Loved this game and I also loved the first one. I can't wait for Golden Trails 3 and beta testing it. I like all the western games.
