WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING--thought I'd wake up to a quiet day off with a great game to play.  Is it coming out today?

Okay“ , Axem, you said on the 27th... ' Axem writes: Awem fans! Something great is happening at Awem tomorrow.' Well it's tomorrow (28th), I haven't seen anything great happening, so what's up? And Natalia, you also posted about this game being released today, Awem sites has it down as being released today, so what the heck is the problem now!!!  And why are neither of you replying to the post on here and answering OUR questions? Sukibabe even cancelled her vacation so she wouldn't miss getting the email for her free copy of the game. Don't know about anyone else that has won a free copy of this game, but for myself, neither the download for this game or my code for my free copy is in my email and it's past 12:00 PM here on the East Coast of the USA!! You have the game listed on your site as being released today, but there is NO WHERE to download it. This is false information and IMO, bad taste that no one from Awem contacts us to let us know what's going on, way to go in treating your customers, especially your loyal customers! I wish I had your phone # since emailing this site got me nowhere, I emailed Awem last week... the same day that I posted on here and said I had emailed Awem and did anyone email me back? NO! I think I'm pretty safe in saying, 'you (Awem), have disappointed several people'! Quit ignoring us and leaving us up in the air. If you notice, I didn't even bother to reply to your last message about this game being released TODAY (28th), figured ya'll have changed the date one to many times to believe what you say. I truly hope that 'whenever' this game finally does get released, that it is all you say it is and for those of us that won a free copy of the game...that we won't have to wait another week to get the code!
 
Sorry this is rude, but speaking for myself, I'm tired of being told one thing (more than one time), and shown something else...so instead of emailing this company....again and posting on your other thread, I'll just copy and paste what I've typed here and send/post it on your other thread and to other email addresses I can find and just maybe, someone will tell us something! Surely nothing could be wrong with the game, now when Axem has talked about playing it and has great it is, etc. (just going by what you're posted, Axem)
 
One disappointed person...

I too am disappointed that this game isn't out today as posted.  I tested this game and still haven't received a half off coupon, either.  Good thing I have the second puppet show game to play.  I must say also that there is one company that has raised the bar on customer service, as well as response to players...the others cannot begin to come close, so I guess they aren't even bothering to try.

i think it is better than golden trails or maybe not!

Hello WofenRainDancer...back in April I recevied (& kept), an email that Awem sent me saying I had won a free copy of this game, but seeing how Awem is treating their customers, by leaving us hanging, (or pop in long enough to say something about testing the game out again and how great it is), to me, is not good business. When I first came here, and that was through beta testing this game, I actually thought I had found a good game site, Awem is quickly changing my mind on that. Every game site I've ever sent an email to, has always sent me an email back, if anything to let me know that they had received my email and will get back to me within 72 hours. I emailed Awem and have never heard one word from them! Heck, I had to hunt their email address down...not good business sense, IMO and then to say this game is released today (says it on their homepage), and it in fact is not, is just plain wrong on so many levels, starting with false advertisment! Second, to ignore us, is not only wrong but plain rude! We take the time out to beta test their games and give them good reviews, (good enough to win a free copy) and they can't come in here to let us know what's going on? (nice touch, Awem).
 
Don't know about anyone else, but I'm tired of hearing how great this game is, I reckon you posting that, Axem, is suppose to keep us happy and content? But when it comes down to telling us something about the game release, or lack of, you ignore us.
 
How about getting those 'great' people that you said, Axem, you sent our post to and have them post something in here?!? Half the day is gone and not only do we not have the game, we also do not have the consideration and respect of someone from Awem letting us know what's going on! Is it that hard to let us know something?
 
Customer Service/Support here....has not impressed me at one all, oh and as far as Awem having their games 30% off this week end...so are the majority of the rest of the game sites, some even have more then a 30% discount. A lot of good that discount is when Awem cannot back what they say and have this game released on the day they said it's to be released on. 'Why am I even wasting my time posting in here when Awem is not replying to us' How rude of them!!
 
Don't know what time it is for others, but here on the East Coast (USA), it's almost 1 PM...half the day is already gone....why is no one from Awem posting and letting us know something???

I think that it is happened something...because for every game Awem released as promised (but not Cradle of Rome 2)...Maybe they have a problem with this game.We're waiting for this game and hope for tomorrow

Sukibabe, I had to restart my computer and am running my disk cleanup but wanted to let you know that I received my free game email, with the word we have to use to get it....got it about 35 minutes ago so hopefully you'll get yours soon if ya don't already have it.
