I have the same problem with my Wii Cradle game!  Was hoping to find a solution as it's a family fave in my house.  Anyone have a clue on how to fix it? 

After reading the forum I am not the only person who cannot get through level 100.  Why?  Sometimes the screen is on for approx.  ten seconds and then it goes blank other times the screen starts and then goes blank.  What am I doing wrong, if anything at all.

I have been playing Cradle of Rome 2 but when I get to the last building or very near the end, it tells me the game is over but I didn't finish it and makes me start all over.  

Be sure you build all the buildings within 100 levels. It is important in this game  

I just finished Romance of Rome and, having nothing else to do (hint hint GT3 hint hint), I pulled out the Cradle Pack which I bought a while ago but never played. CoR is pretty good; I've played CoR2 through so I knew more or less what to expect. Since CoR doesn't have trophies, I will say that trophies make the games a little bit more fun, because I miss them in this one!

I just got the Miller and have no idea how I did that. I knew I needed to make 15 effective moves in a row, and was trying different definitions of 'effective': breaking a tile, earning some resources, breaking a tile AND earning some resources, anyway, different combinations. This time I was trying to break tiles 15 in a row even though I had done that several times (up to 20 in a row) without successfully earning the Miller. This time I made an oopsie after 13 matches and made a match that didn't break a tile, so I had mentally shelved the challenge and was just clearing the board when, about 5 moves later, I got the Miller.

Anyway, glad to have him, I see him down there hiding behind a haystack.
 
I had heard that some people didn't see a fisherman after they earned him but I do have a little fisherman out there on the port dock. I got lucky and was able to line up the three match-5s on the first game after buying the Port. Funny thing was, they were all logs.

CITIZENS:
FARMER - make a Match 5 after building a Sawmill.
SMITH - score 10000 points in less than 10 levels after building a Forge.
MINER - score 2000 units of supplies in a single level after building a Quarry.
MILLER - make 15 effective moves successively after building a Mill.
PEASANT - score 3000 units of food in a single level after building a Field.
WINE MAKER - make 2 combos successively after building a Tavern.
PRIEST – complete the level in less than 3 minutes after building the Pantheon.
SCHOLAR - make 3 combos successively after building the Tabularium.
FISHERMAN - make a Match 5 three times successively after building a Port.
GLADIATOR - make a chain reaction of 15 blows after building a Coliseum.
ORATOR - score 3000 units of gold in a level after building the Forum
 
 
BONUSES:
Hammer - breaks any tile, marble plaque or chain
Lightning – breaks any 20 tiles along with marble plaques and chains
Bomb - break any 9 tiles at once along with the marble plaques and chains
Time – gives you additional time
Plus – replenish any resource
Star - breaks all the tiles of the same kind
Mixer - mixes up the tiles

co oznacza '15 effective moves successfully'? gram w to i gram i nic nie wychodzi. kombinowałem z 15 kolejnymi zbiciami 3ek, ale chyba nic nie wychodzi.

I played CoR again and again...sometimes I got the miller sometimes not.....I don't know the definition of 15 effective moves.....can anybody explain?

An effective move is a move which breaks the tablets on the field.

Both PC and Mac versions of Cradle Of Rome are multilingual now.
