When you purchase Romance of Rome our system sends you the download link to the full version of the game. No registration needed. Did you get the link? if not I'll reactivate you the link right now. When you receive a letter use the link, it'll be active for two days only.
I love the challenge of playing 'persia'...I have tried to reload it on 3 differant computers and from several game sites including yours...and can't get it anymore...I have bought it more than once...so I guess I am addicted...and still can't play...can someone tell me how to get a good copy downloaded on my computer...this busy mom needs a break! I purchased My Kingdom for the Princess, entered my code and played the game no problems. However when I try to play again it will not let me, I press play and it keeps coming back with the start up screen with the play, more games and exit button on, no matter how many times I press play the game will not load. Dear debs, You need to reinstall the game. First uninstall it, then download the game again and register it with the same code. If you have questions, please, write to support@awem.com I have done that and it works once, then each time I try to play I have to uninstall and reinstall to play the game. I have to do this each time I want to play.I have emailed customer support but to no avail they don't answer?

Please, note that if you order a back-up CD, you’ll have to pay some extra money for the delivery. To place your order, please go to the 8th Anniversary Awem Bundle page and press ‘Buy Now’ button. You only need to fill in the Order Form and check the box to include a back-up CD. We have e-mailed you with the detailed instructions on how you can submit your order. Who do we contact if we are having problems with a game? For instance, you dl a game and you get this pop up thingy and there seems to be just something wrong with the way it's dling from the site. Like potential site problems maybe.

We sell this game as an affiliate, it was not developed by awem studio. I'll contact the developers and we'll solve this problem. On Monday, I think, everything will be fixed.

when did you sign in? On February, 20 you should have received Golden Trails: The New Western Rush for beta test. If you didn't get our letter, please make sure your email is not BLOCKING or FILTERING out some of our emails. If your email has a JUNK folder or SPAM folder, please check in there for some of our missing email. To ensure that all awem.com emails and Newsletters will go directly to your inbox, please add @awem.com to your email address safelist. I signed up before then, received nothing, and I need a COMPLETE email address since it will not let me add partial addressess.
